Return and Refund
1. Bookstores and Book-Sellers: contact us for quantity discount and shipping charges. Prices listed are for re-selling but not for rentals.
2. No Risk guarantee. You may return any of our books in original condition within 30 days of receipt of your order for a full refund (minus shipping charges if initially waived); no questions asked.
Order, Total Cost, Tax, and Orders outside the U.S.
Use (print) these forms if you want to send your order by mail or in order to calculate the total cost for your order including shipping and handling, and possibly Texas sales tax (which applies only if you are a Texas resident).
For orders outside the US, we recommend that you check with us first for shipping information.
Payment Methods
You have 2 options:
1. Mail. Print one of the forms from the Forms page (left) and send it by mail to our address with a check or bank money order. Personal checks or money orders in US $ drawn on a US bank are accepted. Make checks payable to Foxpoint Publishing.
2. PayPal. Order by email and pay by credit card through PayPal (see details below). We do not handle direct credit card payments. You do not need to have a PayPal account. See below and steps in right column.
PayPal
If you wish to pay by credit card in the U.S. (and more than 100 foreign countries) you can use PayPal, an online E-business bank. It works just like any credit card transaction and does not cost you anything. We pay the fees. You do not need to have a PayPal account or sign in to PayPal. But as for any transaction with a credit card you need to provide the information required.
PayPal will debit your card and send us "instantly" an e-mail informing us of payment, then credit our account for your order. Upon receipt of the e-mail notice from PayPal, Foxpoint Publishing will ship your order on the next business day. As for any credit card transaction you need only the bottom line total payment due which you should calculate first. The BUY NOW button allows you one transaction for the total payment due (Quantity 1). If needed, download the relevant form in the Forms page to calculate the total payment due.
Important: PayPal does not give us your full address. You need to send us an e-mail with your shipping address and indicate any special requirements (foxpointprinting@gmail.com)
